“For there is hope for a tree,
if it be cut down, that it will sprout again,
and that its shoots will not cease.
When there is LIFE there is HOPE. These two things should be inseparable. Even a physician-proclaimed dying man with ventilator as life support should never lose hope. We’ll never know when God will wave his mighty hands to make miracles.
There are so many things that make us lose hope—financial problems, hard times, tough challenges and in my case, unemployment. I do envy those who easily got into a position and sometimes think why God is blessing them in that part while me who is dying to have a job feels like it will take me some more years for it to be fulfilled. Now, I’ll have something to be reminded of and that is the life of a TREE. Whenever I am losing hope, I will just look outside and think of the trees. If there is hope for a tree how much more for a man whom God had created in his own image, whom God had loved so much to the extent of giving His only Son?
Let God be the source of our hope. He never run out of supply.
