No one is righteous (Job 25:4-6)

How then can man be in the right before God?
    How can he who is born of woman be pure?
Behold, even the moon is not bright,
    and the stars are not pure in his eyes;
how much less man, who is a maggot,
    and the son of man, who is a worm!”

Man is a sinner by nature. If man is pure then God shouldn’t have sent Jesus to pay for our sins. There is no truth to the belief that “Good men go to heaven” because there is only one way to meet the Father and that is through JESUS. Our good works are just filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6) hence we need not boast it out. Instead, be proud that you are saved because of God’s mercy and grace.

“No one is righteous”, God said, “not even one”. By knowing this, we should assess ourselves—we are all sinners! How great our God is for loving us still despite our transgressions. How awesome is HE for all the good and great things He has done.

  1. Yes that is true.Without the blood of Jesus we’re all doomed to die.Upon receiving His forgiveness,after being cleanse by the Holy spirit,we have to start living a Holy life and start walking in Spirit.thank you for commenting. Godbless!
