Saved sit (Jeremiah 4:28)

“For this the earth shall mourn, and the heavens above be dark; for I have spoken; I have purposed; I have not relented, nor will I turn back.”

Judgment Day—sounds creepy isn’t it? Whenever I hear these words, all I can think of is suffering and rapture. I do not want to reach the timeline wherein you cannot buy anything if you do not have the mark 666 in you, the number of the beast. Having a mark means you already had sold your soul to the devil.

No matter how much we try to avoid it, one day it’s going to happen because the Lord says so. We will all be judged. While we still can ask for forgiveness and repent, we should do it now. Life is unpredictable, we do not know when we will have our last breathe. Delaying to do what is pleasing to God should never be our choice.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Because Jesus has already shared the good news to us, we should become his instruments that others may also know the truth and find their way to eternal life. Death is inevitable and we will all be judged fairly. If we know who owns us, if we had already surrendered ourselves to Jesus then we shouldn’t worry. When we had accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, He had already saved a chair for us to sit with Him in His throne. Our responsibility as we wait for Him is to share His words to others that they too will be saved. Thousands of angels would be rejoicing for a single soul saved. How much more if 10,100,1000,10000 or more souls? And God would be most pleased with it.
